Holiday Pause - A Collaborative Sound Meditation in the Greenhouse at Pheasant Run

Bring a yoga mat, camping pad, pillows, blankets, eye masks or whatever keeps you comfy and cozy for this event. We will have a few extra items if you forget anything. You will lay, sit and just relax while Heather and I play soothing sounds to help you reset. Wear comfy loose fitting clothing and dress weather appropriate. The greenhouse is heated however if it's windy it can get a little bit chilly. Message either Heather or I with any questions or concerns. This location is handicap accessible (loose stones but no steps) and there is an outhouse in case you need to use the restroom. The greenhouse will be filled with plants so we will be freshly oxyginated during this session.
